Hitting the gym has definitely become a huge stress relief for me, Getting up and at it in the morning, working off steam before the day starts, and of course, having some coffee, have become one daily routine that I'm content with. Join a yoga or boxing class if your area offers it. If the gym isn't for you, go on a walk (or run, if you're into that running crap) around your neighborhood before you start your day. Have kids? Make taking a bike ride a morning family thing. If you're not at the point where you want to get out and move AT ALL, trust me I was there not long ago, grab some paints, brushes, paper, and go crazy! Or dedicate a notebook to writing out all your thoughts, feeling, goals, expectations for the day. Whatever appeals to you and your lifestyle, do it first thing in the morning (after coffee of course)!
